This project was begun in the spring of 2023. It was, is, and always will be a passion project. I was looking for a way to more efficiently keep track of resources, notes, and fun extras that I found while engaging in the wide-ranging space around nuclear risk issues. Along the way I found more people who were looking to expand their knowledge of what information is available to the public, and creating a small community library seemed like a great way to share these resources with a wide audience.
